US retailer B&H Video brand marked Oculus Quest as completed, while the true wireless headset was not available on UK retailer Overclockers, as reported by UploadVR. The device also does not have a product across most official retailers.
A sales representative from another UK retailer also told UploadVR that the Oculus Quest was marked as the end of the world and that there were no plans for the device.
Headset reduction, however, is not a sign of a failed product. Oculus Quest 2 rumors
The Oculus Quest 2 is rumored to be lighter and a smaller version than its predecessor, with a design that will make it more comfortable to wear for longer virtual reality sessions. It is also expected to get a two-tone view, according to the device’s alleged image.
Facebook aims to launch Oculus Quest 2 within a year, but the COVID-19 pandemic is said to have pulled its release back to 2021.
